  • How much does it cost to join the Wine Club?

It’s free to join the Wine Club. Just sign up and start shopping to earn ‘grapes’ — one grape for every euro spent at Cantine Guidi. The more grapes you collect, the higher your status and the more benefits you unlock. Your status is valid for one year from when you reach it.

  • What are member levels for?

Each level has its own benefit. "DOCG Member" and "Family Member" statuses have access to our exclusive e-shop. You will find more details at this page Wine Club.

  • I’m a Wine Club member. Can a friend or relative make purchases using my account?

The Wine Club membership is extended only to you and one member of your household. If you would like to invite a family member or a friend to visit our winery or join our Wine Club, please contact us to schedule their visit with us and to ensure we can extend preferential prices for tasting experiences to them as well.

  • What are the requirements to access the DOCG and Family levels?

You can access the next levels by accumulating grapes. The grapes allow you to pass from the Friend level (0-700) to the DOCG Member level (700-1200) up to the Family Member level (+1200). Alternatively, you can purchase a Silver or Gold subscription upfront for instant access.

  • What are Silver and Gold subscriptions?

If you want to immediately upgrade your member level, you can purchase a Silver (€350.00 every 6 months) or Gold (€600.00 every 6 months) subscription. In addition to the benefits for DOCG and Family members, you will receive a box of 6 or 12 bottles twice a year, in spring and autumn. Visit the dedicated "Subscriptions" page.

  • When will I receive my first shipping?

Once you confirm your subscription, we’ll quickly prepare your bottles and ship your first box within 1–2 weeks, depending on the period and peak season demand.

  • When will I receive my next shipment after the first one?

Your next box will be shipped on the next scheduled shipment date, in the fall or spring, whichever comes first.

  • I don’t want to receive white or red wines in the pack. What can I do?

If you prefer to receive only red wines or only white wines, you can send a direct email to wine@guidi1929.com. We always try to satisfy your needs based on availability! There will be no additional charge for such requests.

  • How is the subscription fee charged?

Cantine Guidi will charge the cost of the subscription on the provided credit card, every 6 months, until you decide to cancel your subscription.

  • I want to cancel my subscription, what should I do?

To cancel your subscription, please email us at wine@guidi1929.com and let us know the reason for your request. Members must receive at least two shipments before they are eligible to cancel their Wine Club membership.

  • I want to cancel my membership to the Wine Club, what should I do?

We are sorry to see you leaving! If you are an existing member and you want to cancel or temporarily suspend your membership, you can send us an email to wine@guidi1929.com.

  • I would like to visit your winery, how can I do?
