VINIFICATION

Traditional red vinification at a temperature of around 28 °C (≈ 82 °F)

AGING

12 months in large oak casks and concrete tanks
3 months in bottle

TASTING NOTES

Intense garnet-red color. The nose is full, concentrated, and expressive, with notes of woodland undergrowth and spicy nuances. On the palate it is dry and well-structured, with soft, integrated tannins and remarkable persistence.
