Traditional red vinification at a temperature of around 28 °C (≈ 82 °F).

AGING

12 months in Slavonian oak barrels
3 months of bottle aging

TASTING NOTES

Deep, intense ruby-red in color. On the nose it reveals notes of ripe fruit with hints of licorice, leather, earth, and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it shows vibrant acidity and well-extracted tannins, which elegantly balance the wine’s pleasant softness, resulting in a harmonious and persistent finish.
